Soccer Camp 2019

Monday, June 17 - Friday, June 21 | Fill out this form to register for Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church's Soccer Camp, which will run June 17-21.

This form is for both the Main Camp and Beginner's Camp. The main camp for ages 5-12 will have evening sessions from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Beginners' Camp begins on Tuesday, June 18th with morning sessions from 10:00am to 11:00am.

Registrations must be completed by June 1st to be eligible for the camp. This is a pre-registration and payment form. Final registration and liability forms must be completed on the first day of attendance before your child's participation.

There is a registration fee of $20 per camper. This fee must be paid by June 1st.

On Friday evening of the camp Beautiful Savior invites all participants and family members to a picnic meal. Beginners' Camp families are welcome to attend the Friday evening picnic as well. It begins at 7:00pm.
